The Patricia Corson Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to help students of need from David Prouty High School, Spencer, MA, further their education.
Each year, two one-thousand-dollar scholarships will be awarded to first year students who will be entering school in the fall. It is preferred that scholarships will be awarded to one boy and one girl, but applications and suitable candidates may dictate otherwise. Interested students should fill out an application and attach High School transcripts.

Recipients will be chosen using the following criteria:

• Need: The first consideration is need.
• Access: This scholarship will consider candidates who may otherwise not have access to scholarships.

Programs of study that are eligible include traditional four-year programs leading to a Bachelor Degree, two year programs leading to an Associate Degree, and Trade School.
